How do you disable the sustain pedal in Ableton Live on a clip?

You can't disable the sustain pedal in Ableton Live itself unless you own Suite, then there are several “Midi Filter” Max for Live devices that do it super easily.

Otherwise you could look into something like “Bome's Midi Translator” or something similar to that third party.
