If you've signed up for the Insiders Update weekly newsletter but are not receiving it in your email inbox you may want to consider that certain email clients filter emails at a higher level than individual user settings can change (we see this a lot with church employee emails). You might try an alternate email client (if you have an alternate email). We've experienced that @gmail and Apple’s @icloud clients work well.
If you did not want to try out Gmail or iCloud, you can send us an email and confirm that the email you signed up with is the right one. We can check in our system to make sure that the emails are being sent out on our end to that inbox. However, based on previous encounters with this type of issue- we are able to see that the emails are being sent out, and they hit a block somewhere between there and your personal inbox. (Using a @gmail or @icloud inbox tends to be an easier solution).
