I made a purchase, but I can't login to sundaysounds.com (account does not

As of October 13, 2021 we have a new website, and we’ve integrated an all new Accounts system. It's very exciting that you can now download your products inside your account in My Purchases on your own. This also means you’ll need to register a new Account the next time you’d like to make a purchase. If you’d like to register a new Account now you can do so by clicking here.


If the website gives you a message that an account does not exist, do not worry! It's possible that you are on our email list, receiving our emails like the Insiders Update or product information, but you don't have an account created. If you've made a prior purchase on any of our previous websites, we have a record of your purchase. Nothing has been lost, you'll just need to create a new account to make future purchases, but we haven't lost your previous purchase records.   

Even though your new account won't show a record of your prior purchases, we're still able to provide you with downloads, receipts, and anything else related to purchases made under any of our previous websites (including dpfaltsound.com). Anytime you need something related to those purchases you can let us know here via email and they will be provided to you via email in response, but note that they will still not be added to your new User Account.

Your prior orders and your new Account won’t impact your ability to upgrade to products including Sunday Keys.
