When will my support request be answered?
If you need help with your Sunday Sounds account or a product you've purchased, you'll want to submit a question through our Contact Form here.
Our business hours are 8:30am to 5:30 pm Central Standard Time, Monday-Friday, and we respond to most messages within 1-2 business days of when they’re received. If you send a message on the weekend your response may take longer, generally until the next business day.
If requesting support or troubleshooting please include your hardware specs, your audio preferences, the specifics of the problem, and as much other relevant info as possible.
