Why has my download link expired?

Your download link will expire after 24 hours. To clarify the digital download policy, the 24 hour period only starts *after* the download link is first clicked, either via the “Download Now” page you’re taken to after checkout or via the email including your download. If the link has not yet been clicked, then the 24 hour period will not start until the link is first accessed. This is explained in the email including the download link. We have this policy in place to mitigate instances of download piracy, which is unfortunately a big source of lost revenue for us.
