Can I change my account email address?

Yes! If you login to your account at, you can change the email address associated with your account in "Account Information".

If the website says an account does not exist when you try to log in, this is because you haven't created an account yet on our current website. You'll need to register a new account. 

It's possible that you are on our email list, receiving our emails like the Insiders Update or Product information, but you don't have an account created. If you've made a prior purchase on any of our previous websites, we have a record of your purchase. Nothing has been lost, you'll just need to create a new account to make future purchases, but we haven't lost your previous purchase records.

Even though your new account won't show a record of your prior purchases, we're still able to provide you with downloads, receipts, and anything else related to purchases made under any of our previous websites (including Anytime you need something related to those purchases you can let us know here via email and they will be provided to you via email in response, but note that they will still not be added to your new User Account.

Your prior orders and your new Account won’t impact your ability to upgrade to products including Sunday Keys. You can create a new account, and then redeem any upgrade offer you may have received through email. If you have questions about your specific situation, you can reach out to us here.
